I am all about gentle and respectful strategies that help whole families sleep - parents and baby! I NEVER advocate just leaving a baby to cry, or tell you not to respond or to set timers. I encourage maximum responsiveness and promote secure attachment.
I'm a mum to a wonderful spirited little girl, and I became obsessed with infant sleep on my maternity leave from my job as a commercial lawyer.
A multi-passionate, I’ve got a mixed background, having worked in marketing, fitness and as a magic-circle trained commercial lawyer. Mum to my little Cub is of course the best (and most exhausting!) job in the world though.
I have certifications not only in holistic sleep, CPD accredited infant sleep coaching, and Understanding Mental Health in the Early Years, but also in Mental Health First Aid for adults, life and mindfulness coaching... so I can truly create bespoke coaching and support experiences that meet the needs of the whole family.
I have never looked back!
My daughter was born during the COVID pandemic, and we had all the issues under the sun to contend with that stopped me getting any sleep, and no support - silent reflux and colic, breast refusal by day, late diagnosed tongue tie, potential allergies, digestive issues - you name it! We really went through it - everything impacted on sleep and I was exhausted. She cried literally non stop for the first 6 months.
Bedsharing was never something I planned... and as it isn't the 'norm' in our culture, I know how difficult it can be to find people who understand and help you to navigate changes gently in a way that works for your child, which is why I created this programme to support families AND build a community of like-minded parents who truly get it.
I developed my Bye Bedsharing Programme™ to ensure families can access both the practical strategies they need to move away from bedsharing WITHOUT one-size fits all approaches - all 12 strategies can be fully customised to suit each family and their unique little one. I use a gentle, holistic and bespoke approach, cutting through all the sleep training industry BS and teaching people what they really they need to know to get results while remaining responsive - The BASICS!
There is nothing fancy about my methods. My clients' results are achieved through tuning in to their goals, their little one's unique needs and personality, and ensuring all of this is aligned with the science of sleep and practices we know promote secure attachment..... and IT WORKS!
I know this because my clients achieve outstanding results without compromising their wellbeing or that of their little one, moving entirely at their own pace!
